Information and use

We process account details, leads and supporting evidence, campaign content, workspace settings, booking activity and service records to provide and secure GoLeadIntel. Connected mailbox data includes identity, authorization credentials, message identifiers, sender and recipient details, subjects, message text and conversation history.

If you connect Google Sheets, we read the spreadsheet you explicitly select and store the mapped lead fields, including selected custom fields, to provide intake. The connector does not edit or delete spreadsheet cells. Disconnecting stops further intake and removes the stored connection credentials; previously imported records remain subject to the retention and deletion choices below.

Connected mailboxes and AI

With your authorization, GoLeadIntel connects to a supported email provider to send campaigns and approved replies, synchronize conversations and update campaign and suppression status. Connection methods depend on the provider enabled for your workspace.

For Gmail connections, Google authorization includes mailbox identity, reading messages and sending on your behalf. Older connections may also retain message-modification permission; the product does not use it to delete messages or change labels. Access is not limited to messages displayed in the application.

Enabled AI features send relevant lead and campaign information, email text and conversation context to OpenAI for drafting or reply classification. Classification may be automatic; suggested responses require human review before sending.

Sharing and protection

Service providers process relevant information for hosting, account access, storage, email, enabled AI features and booking integrations you connect. Sent messages go to your chosen recipients, and authorized workspace users can access workspace records. Information may be disclosed where necessary for security or applicable legal obligations. Providers may process information outside your country.

We use access controls and encryption for stored mailbox credentials. No service can guarantee absolute security.

Google data: limited use

GoLeadIntel uses Google mailbox data only for the disclosed user-facing features. Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve or train non-personalized or generalized AI or machine-learning models. We do not sell Google data or use it for advertising. Transfers for enabled features require your consent. Human access is limited to your authorized workspace users or permitted support, security and legal purposes; support access to specific messages requires your affirmative agreement unless a permitted exception applies.

Storage of connected-mailbox data

GoLeadIntel stores connected-account identifiers, encrypted authorization credentials, synchronized message and conversation records, generated drafts and classifications, sending history and service audit records in its backend systems to operate your workspace. Authorized workspace users can view the records used by the product. Relevant email text and conversation context are transmitted to OpenAI when enabled AI features process them; infrastructure providers process stored data on our behalf. These transfers are for the disclosed product functions, not for sale or advertising.

Retention and your choices

Records are retained to provide the service, maintain history, support recovery and meet applicable obligations. Archiving leads or disconnecting a mailbox does not delete stored records. Account closure provides a 30-day recovery window; it is not automatic permanent deletion. Verified deletion requests are handled separately. We explain any required recovery-period waiver, legal retention or provider backup limitation before completing your request.

You can request mailbox disconnection or revoke authorization through your provider, including Google Account controls for Gmail. This stops further processing requiring that connection, but does not erase previously stored information. Contact namishr16@gmail.com to request access, correction, export, deletion or account closure. We may verify your identity and workspace authority; legal requirements and backup-recovery constraints may affect deletion.

Changes

Material changes will be communicated appropriately, with renewed consent where required before new uses of Google data begin.
