Service and contact

GoLeadIntel provides managed B2B enquiry and consented follow-up workspace tools. Contact namishr16@gmail.com for support or account enquiries. The service does not promise leads, email delivery, meetings or sales.

Access and your responsibilities

Access is by request, administrator approval and invitation. Use only accounts, mailboxes, lead information and content you are authorized to use. Protect account access and report suspected misuse. Do not use the service for unlawful outreach, phishing, harassment, deception, unauthorized collection of personal information or bypassing safety controls.

Only contact people who requested the relevant product or service information, or agreed to receive the relevant communications. A CRM entry, public address or purchased list alone does not establish permission. Retain source records and limit follow-ups to the request or permission given. Do not use connected mailboxes for unsolicited bulk communications. You are responsible for applicable privacy and electronic-marketing rules, accurate sender identity and message content. Respect withdrawals, unsubscribe requests and suppression. The product records your acknowledgement and does not independently verify each recipient's permission.

Review and connected services

Review AI suggestions and supporting evidence before approving them. AI output can be inaccurate. Mailbox and booking connections authorize the operations disclosed during connection and in the privacy policy. Third-party services have their own terms and availability. Revoked or expired authorization can interrupt sending or synchronization.

Trial and paid access

New customers receive a 15-day free trial starting at first campaign activation. Existing customer dates are preserved unless an administrator explicitly agrees otherwise. Payment and any service period are arranged individually and recorded by an administrator; the product does not automatically charge a payment card.

After an unpaid trial expires, sending stops and seven days of read-only access are provided for payment follow-up. Closure is administrator-controlled. Paid access defaults to manual suspension; an administrator-entered paid-through date and grace period may apply where agreed and configured. Recording payment does not automatically resume paused campaigns.

Pricing, cancellation, refunds, taxes and renewal arrangements remain in each customer's individual written agreement, subject to applicable law. These terms do not introduce a separate price, cancellation period or refund promise.

Limits, suspension and closure

Workspace allowances and administrator-approved sending ceilings apply. A ceiling is not a throughput or deliverability guarantee. Access or sending may be suspended for expired entitlement, security, misuse or service protection, subject to applicable law and agreed terms.

Closure provides a 30-day recovery window. Recovery requires administrator approval and available customer capacity; mailbox reconnection may be necessary. Recovery does not guarantee restoration of canceled scheduled actions. Data retention and deletion are described in the privacy policy.

Service limitations and changes

Third-party service interruptions, limits and changes can occur. GoLeadIntel does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular commercial result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Additional commercial provisions remain in individual customer agreements.
